The Dryman Team is made up of dedicated, talented individuals with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
John Dryman
President of The Dryman Team, has been in the commercial real estate business for over 40 years. An Atlanta native, he was a pioneer in the development of the office condominium concept in the city. He has directed management of over 3 million square feet of office space, and was involved with the development of six office parks, containing more than 800,000 square feet in 125 buildings, and The Peachtree, a 20-story, 345,000 square foot office tower which has become an Atlanta landmark.
Dryman is an innovator. He has developed a team-based, quality assurance philosophy to help guide the company — a unique approach in the commercial real estate business. The strategy has proven to be a winner. Morale is enhanced; service is top notch; and, most importantly, clients are satisfied with the results.
Dryman is a past president of the Georgia Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), a member of the Board of Directors at the Shepherd Center, Chairman of the Board at Ascena Health at St. Jude's Recovery Center, and a member of the Board at Trees Atlanta. He has been designated as a distinguished volunteer of the Atlanta Preservation Center, was a torchbearer for the 1996 Olympic Games, and served on the organizing committee for the 1996 Paralympics. John and his wife, Susannah, have a daughter and a son, Taylor and Johnny.
Tal Dryman
Tal Dryman, our Chief Financial Officer, is a Certified Public Accountant with over 35 years of experience in commercial property management accounting and finance. Tal has a Masters in Tax as well as a MBA in Finance from Georgia State University. In addition, Tal has an undergraduate degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
David Chalmers
Vice President of The Dryman Team, David is a 40 year real estate veteran and is currently handling the marketing and management of the Brookwood Exchange office building. He earned his college degree from the University of Virginia.
Johnny Dryman
Johnny leads technical initiatives and marketing efforts. He earned his MBA from Columbia Business School and his undergraduate degree from Rhodes College, in Memphis, TN.
